  • Do you still charge an Airport Development Fee on departure?

    No, the Airport Development Fee ceased in March 2016. There is no longer any fee levied on passengers departing from Cornwall Airport Newquay.

    Yes, we have 2. One land side (before security) and one air side (after security).

  • What assistance is there for passengers with reduced mobility travelling through the airport?

    If you require special assistance for your journey through the Airport, this can be booked with us directly or with your airline. Visit our section for passengers with reduced mobility for full information about our services.

  • Do I need to pay for parking if I am quickly dropping someone off or picking someone up?

    We offer 10 minutes free parking for drop off and pick up. Car park charges apply for stays of more than 10 minutes.

  • Do you have a taxi rank at the airport?

    Coastline Travel Cornwall is our official taxi provider here at the Airport. They are based in the arrival’s hall and their desk is manned during all flights, even when delayed.

  • Do you have any car hire companies at the Airport?

    Yes, we have Europcar and Hertz located in P3 car park.

  • Can I arrange an airport tour?

    We are looking at offering our visits this year, so if you are interested in visiting the Airport please email admin@cornwallairportnewquay.com and we can look at arranging a tour.

  • What happens to lost property at the Airport?

    If you have lost something at the Airport, please contact passenger services on 01637 860 600 or info@cornwallairportnewquay.com and they will check the lost property box for you. We keep all items found for 3 months, after which time we donate any unclaimed items to local charities.

  • What flights operate to or from Cornwall Airport Newquay?

    ​We have direct flights to destinations around the UK and also in Ireland and Europe. In addition there are many indirect flights to and from Cornwall, making Cornwall accessible from around the globe. See “Where can i fly?” for further information on flights to and from Cornwall.

    Due to security restrictions you are not permitted to leave the Airport once you have checked luggage in.

  • What happens if my flight is delayed, can I leave the Airport?

    Check-in times remain the same regardless of any delay, so you still need to be at the airport on time.

  • Is there anywhere to store my luggage at the Airport?

    Unfortunately there isn’t a left luggage facility at the airport. The nearest facility is at Newquay Tourist Information Centre.
