The Aerodrome remains open to support vital services such as the Cornwall Air Ambulance, HM Coastguard Search and Rescue, and Military operations. Directions by car:

From A30 (East or West):

Exit the A30 at Highgate Hill (sign posted to Indian Queens and the Airport) and continue on the A39 until you reach the St Columb Major roundabout. Continue to follow signs to the Airport onto the A3059 before turning right towards St Mawgan and Watergate Bay.

From Newquay Town:

Leave Newquay on the B3276 towards Watergate Bay and then follow signs to St Mawgan village.
