Newquay, Cornwall, April 30, 2025 – Cornwall Airport Newquay has officially launched its Summer 2025 flying schedule, delivering more choice for passengers, with enhanced year-round connectivity and a strong line-up of new and returning seasonal routes.

The updated schedule reflects the airport’s ongoing commitment to sustainable growth and regional connectivity, serving 20 destinations across the UK and Europe – including new and returning routes with Eastern Airways, Loganair, Aer Lingus, Edelweiss, Eurowings, Skybus, easyJet and Ryanair.

The Summer 2025 schedule includes:

  • New service to London Southend with Eastern Airways (from 3 April)
  • Skybus flights to Isles of Scilly increasing from 3x per week to 3x per day
  • New summer route to Glasgow with Loganair (from 31 May)
  • Return of popular summer services to Faro, Düsseldorf, Zurich, Dublin, Belfast City, Manchester, Edinburgh and Newcastle

These routes complement the airport’s core year-round offering, which includes London Gatwick, London Stansted, Alicante, Málaga, Dublin, and Manchester via Loganair.

Passengers travelling through Cornwall Airport Newquay this Summer will also benefit from a range of terminal enhancements, including a newly expanded departures area, improved café & retail offering and the successful implementation of next-generation security screening. The new system, which became fully operational in February, allows passengers to carry liquids and laptops through in-hand luggage, significantly improving the security process and overall travel experience.

Amy Smith, Managing Director (interim) at Cornwall Airport Newquay, said:

“We’re pleased to continue to welcome back carriers as part of our Summer 2025 schedule, which reflects a clear focus on strategic route development and improving year-round connectivity. This summer brings an exciting mix of new, returning, and expanded services – including a significant uplift in frequency to the Isles of Scilly, as well as enhanced links to major UK cities.

Alongside this growth, we continue to invest in the passenger experience, with our expanded departure lounge, improved café & retail offering and new security screening now fully operational. These improvements are designed to meet rising demand and ensure the airport is future-ready, as we work closely with airline partners to build long-term, sustainable connectivity for Cornwall.”

In addition to growing the airport’s route network, the team will be attending major business and community events across the region this summer, including the Royal Cornwall Show and Boardmasters, and supporting headline sponsorships such as Watergate Bay’s Wild at the Beach.

The Summer 2025 season runs from late March through to late October. Full flight schedule and destination inspiration is available at here
