Yes, we have two. One landside (before security) and one airside (after security).

We also have an airside bar and shop stocking a wide range of local products and gorgeous gifts.

Coastline Travel Cornwall (operated by A2B) is our official taxi provider here at the airport. Coastline is located in a designated office in the East Car Park, just outside of Arrivals.

Yes, we have Enterprise, Europcar and Hertz located in P3 Car Park. This can be accessed by walking through the East Car Park.

Yes, we have unlimited free WiFi. Search for ‘Cornwall Airport Guest’ or scan the QR codes in the terminal.

There is a water fountain located in the departure lounge where you are welcome to fill up water bottles. Our Café Team located landside and airside will be happy to provide you with tap water.

No, the Airport Development Fee ceased in March 2016. There is no longer any fee levied on passengers departing from Cornwall Airport Newquay.

When you arrive at Cornwall Airport Newquay, park in either the East or West Car Parks and head to the terminal building. There is no need to use the parking machines on arrival. When you return, go to the parking machines (in both the Arrivals Hall or Car Parks), enter your vehicle registration, and pay for your stay.

If you pre booked your space and arrive within your booked time, you can simply drive out. If you’re delayed, don’t pay at the machine— please go to the information desk to pay for the extra time.

There isn’t a smoking area after you’ve passed through security and in the departure lounge.

Unfortunately, there isn’t a left luggage facility at the airport. The nearest facility is at Newquay Tourist Information Centre.

Due to security restrictions, you are not permitted to leave the airport once you have checked yourself and your luggage in.

Currently (2024) you are only permitted to take 10 items of liquids, of no more than 100ml through security. Liquids must be stored in a clear, sealable bag and separated from hand luggage. We provide these bags in security.

If you require special assistance for your journey through the airport, this should be pre-booked with your airline when booking the flight. Visit our section for passengers with reduced mobility for full information about our services.

Please bring with you the owner’s manual, along with information on battery type, quantity and power (in watt hours) for any electric mobility aid/scooter. Please also have the weight of the mobility aid/scooter as our team will require this when you check-in.

We have direct flights to destinations around the UK and also to Ireland and Europe. In addition there are many indirect flights to and from Cornwall, making Cornwall accessible from around the globe.

Check in times remain the same for all flights when there are delays. We advise all passengers to remain onsite during times of delayed flights in case there are any changes to your flight status.

If you have lost something at the Airport, please contact our Passenger Services Team on 01637 860600 X 267 or email info@cornwallairportnewquay.com and they will check the lost property box for you. We keep all items found for three months, after which time we donate any unclaimed items to local charities.
