Passenger Service Agent

Passenger Services Agents carry out passenger check in, boarding of passengers to the aircraft, and escorting and assisting passengers with reduced mobility.

Skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role.         
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience resolving customer complaints.
  • Experience assisting people with reduced mobility and hidden and other disabilities.
  • English and Maths GCSE Grade C/4 or above is desirable.
  • A second language is desirable.       
  • Travel and Tourism Level 2 or equivalent is desired.

Customer Experience Co-ordinator

Customer Experience Co-Ordinators assist operations of terminal functions acting as a central communication hub for passengers, airport visitors and stakeholders promote our culture, brand and ethos to maintain our high standards of service delivery.
