We are currently recruiting for a Passenger and Customer Services Manager to join the team at Cornwall Airport Newquay.
Reporting to the Airport Operations Manager, you will be responsible in managing the day to day running of the Passenger and Customer Service department.
With a proven track record in managing a customer facing team in an airport, airline or ground handling environment you will be passionate about delivering the highest level of customer service for all users of Cornwall Airport Newquay.
Working within an often busy environment where no two days are ever the same, you must demonstrate the ability to multi-task, prioritise and undertake project work as required.
Additionally the successful candidate will undertake regular liaison with Airlines, Regulatory bodies, Stakeholders, Tenants, Concessionaires and Control Authorities
The salary for this position will be in the range of £30,000-£34,000 dependant on relevant experience.
Criminal Record and Counter Terrorism Checks will be undertaken and you will be required to provide a full 5 year employment history.
