We have a number of seasonal customer service assistant positions available. Main duties will be to provide assistance to passengers with reduced mobility, ensuring the highest standard of customer care in line with Regulation (EC) no 1107/2006.
Part time hours will vary depending on the requirements of the departments – however the minimum hours available are 21 hours per week.
Posts will require shift working across the Airport's full opening hours (0500 and 2200 across 7 days a week). Criminal Record Checks will be undertaken and you will be required to provide a full 5 year employment history.
All posts will initially be paid at £8.03 per hour, with further increments on reaching set criteria.
Full training will be provided where necessary which may include some taking place at another UK location.
