We are currently recruiting for an Administration Apprentice to join our growing Admin Team on a full time basis.
The main responsibilities of the role will be to provide first class administration support to assist the day-to-day operation of the Administration Team. Furthermore, you'll be a point of contact for managers and other colleagues as well as external customers. The role will include various responsibilities including; telephone operation, updating databases, producing minutes and general administrative support to various departments when required. A comprehensive list of responsibilities is listed in the job description.
Candidates will need to have completed either a Level 2 Business Administration, have finished School or College and looking for an opportunity in administration, or have proven experience of working in an administrative position. As well as this, a good basic standard of education is required for the role. The ideal candidate will be able to work well in a team and with minimal supervision. Preference for experience in taking minutes and having an IT qualification however, these are not essential.
Cornwall Airport Newquay is committed to paying all employees the Foundation Living Wage therefore the position will pay £9 per hour.
Criminal Record Checks will be undertaken and you will be required to provide a full 5 Year employment or educational history.
Full training will be provided where necessary which may include some taking place at another UK location.
